The good thing is...
… that I don’t have to go straight into animation, straight into the industry into some studio after this course.
I mean, it’s one of the reasons I chose it, for it’s flexibility at the end. Many people go onto animate with studios, big name ones too, but right now I’d be content with making comics, maybe being an illustrator, concept artist, that kind of thing....

The quality of my blog.
I feel it’s dropped quite significantly over the past few weeks, or maybe the past couple of months or so.
I’m not quite sure why… I guess I’m very busy now, but maybe it’s because I don’t really have anything to say on here anymore. I hardly ever reblog unless the post is awesome and I feel it fits my content, but now I seem to just be doing it more and more...

I’m so excited for Metric’s new album in June!! <3
Just now I was reminded of it.
It. That spark that I felt a little while ago whilst doing a piece of traditional art.
That little spark of energy was an amazing feeling. I’d just finished painting something, and I left it to dry overnight, and I was so excited I wanted to go to sleep right away so I could wake up and…
what?
Look at it?
I know it’s weird, it even seems weird to me now. Why was I so excited...

Day 3 - A song that makes you laugh
Hmm… “Brohemian Rhapsody” by College Humour, or even the original, as sung by that arrested drunk guy in the back of a cop car all on Youtube. XD

I don’t remember the name of any character Morgan Freeman has ever played- he’s just Morgan Freeman in every movie

Day 2 - A song that helps you clear your head
That would have to be either Ocean again, ‘Aminals’ by Baths, ‘Who Am I? (Animatrix Edit)’ by Peace Orchestra, or any acoustic instrumental really (as long as the tune is relatively happy).
:]
So it’s a friends 18th birthday next month, and the theme for her party is 80’s, so I’m going as Marty McFly!!
It took a bit of searching around on Ebay and google in general for the correct costume supplies but I did pretty well. Now I just need a black/white check shirt, and white Nike shoes! Does anyone have any white Nike’s they don’t need by chance? XD
I think my wisdom teeth are going to have to be removed soon… I can feel it…
wah…
So tired. It’s 8am and I only went to sleep at 4am because that’s how long it took to finish work…
I keep finding myself thinking about it...
… about how much I miss my English class. My teacher was so great, and even though this course is cool and awesome, it’s not actually providing me with the right amount of mental stimulation.
I need to be challenged philosophically, that’s actually what I’m craving the most. My English teacher last year was constantly testing us in that way, with the whole ‘Whose...
I can’t wait til I can somehow afford my own car. I’d love to be able to fix one up some day, build my own, that’d be sweet. I have absolutely zero knowledge about cars though… still, it’s a cool thought. Something to really call my own I guess.
I remember reading somewhere that Ryan Gosling, in preparation for his role in the film ‘Drive’, fixed up a car...
Day 1 - A song that makes you happy.
It would have to be John Butlers, “Ocean”, particularly the one he performed at either Fed Square or Max Sessions.
It’s just an amazing song, and it changes as he changes, which to me is really really cool. It’s never quite finished, which just enhances the quality even more. It tells a tale of life, and I personally find that this song in particular, even without lyrics,...
Thanks Sean for posting this!...

That sucks.
I found a really quality acoustic/electric Ibanez guitar that was a beautiful sunburst blue, and the price was fantastic, reduced massively, and I got exctied and placed the item in my online shopping cart along with a stand and some other gear, and then I go to pay with credit card…
only to realise that they ship within America and nowhere else.
FML.
Is there any possible way around...
